Still Cooling Down!
Well I haven't updated this in awhile so what to cover and everything?

Well first off. I got my PS3 for about $100 dollars less then what its worth, thanks to some midnight Ebaying. The only problem was that put me very close to a negative balance and needless to say my food budget suffered for it, needless to say having only 1 to 2 meals a day takes it toll after awhile.

I found out that the PS3 supports Media Server's, so I decided since I don't have a game might as well mess around with that, so I got a Media Server running on my PC so now I can watch all my downloaded anime on my TV, through my PS3 and its comes out pretty good and avoids the overscan issue with my CRT.

I got my next paycheck after that... which really disappeared to bills. *sigh* I managed to buy one game out of it, Metal Gear Solid 4. My god an epic finish to the whole thing. I did cry at the end cause god the drama did get to me, well especially since these are the character's you've been with for three out of four games.

My friend David came over for two days a little while later and as payment for his Disney ticket, since my family invited him along, he bought Assassin's Creed. I haven't played much of it but I can see what people like it already, it does have a epic feel and interactive envoriment. I haven't gotten the feeling up to play it yet, I played a bit while David was over but I just could get into my normal gaming mood, still haven't.

I'm looking at future games too, got a lot of games coming soon that I really want to play. Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, coming out for the Wii. I loved the first game so once again, I can't wait to buy it for the Wii. It comes out November 18th.

Then we got Disgaea 3: Absense of Justice, I mentioned before that I got into Disgaea and played the first one repeatly, though not as much as one of my friends. I played a bit of the Disgaea 2 but I didn't get the same enjoyment out of it and didn't even beat it (or want to). I guess it fell short of the mark, but I can't wait to play Disgaea 3, mainly cause the plot seems more like Disgaea 1 then Disagea 2, as Disgaea 2 came off heavly stereotypical which annoyed me, while Disgaea 1 I was never able to guess what crazy stuff the cast was going to do next, I mean the final boss battle happened in a way I was not expecting. Anyway, its coming out August 26th and I so going to pre-order that once I get my pay check this week.

The next on my list is Valkyria Chronicles, which seems to be a interesting mix of real-time and turn-based game. I like the looks of it and the game play video's look very promising, despite it being made by SEGA. The team in SEGA doing it is Sonic WOW, which now that I look at it. They have made Phantasy Star. It's planned release data is sometime in November as no specific date set.

I got my reimbursement check coming for my college class I took, so I got about 70% of my school spending back. I can finally get somewhat ahead of things again... maybe. I'll have to pick it up Tuesday and deposit it Wensday, same day I get my normal paycheck. Well hopefully I will be able to get ahead on a few things then... like buy those horribly expensive Disney ticket for my vacation in Oct... or should I put some money down for the much needed AWA in Sept? Ah choices, choices.

I'm attempting to get some stuff settled for different projects but right now I just want to claim down from everything, hence why I stepped back for the time being. I feel like I can't see two feet in front of me and I don't like that feeling one bit.

I can't afford to go to school this semister, mainly cause of funding... well let me correct that. I could go... if I wanted to skip going to Disney and to AWA and Xmas presents... and basicly buying games for the next 6 months. I'm all for school but I have already missed like three family vacations and I haven't gone on a real holiday in a long time so needless to say I want to go somewhere! AWA, Disney World, I really don't care so long as I can get out a bit. I got the vacation time too!
